This is a leadership group, dedicated to serving the Catholic student population of the University of Chicago through various activities. This group is a Recognized Student Organization of the University of Chicago.

Blanket Making

Each winter, the Catholic Student Association sponsors this event where students come together to make fleece blankets for the children of Su Casa Catholic Worker.

Catholic Student Association Undergraduate Fellowship Dinner

All undergraduate students are welcome to join us weekly on Monday evenings for prayer at 5:45pm and dinner at 6pm. This is a great chance to cook for your fellow students and get to know other students on campus.

Catholic Student Association Graduate Fellowship Dinner

All graduate students are welcome to join us bi-weekly on Friday evenings at 7pm for dinner. This is great opportunity to meet fellow graduate students on campus.

Catholic Student Association Quarterly BBQ’s

We host an opening of the school year bbq, a Thanksgiving dinner, Mardi Gras dinner, Lenten Fish Fry and Bingo and a spring bbq. The entire Calvert House community and friends are welcome for these events.

Catholic Student Association Spring Retreat

Offered during spring quarter, a group of students plan this retreat for other students. We travel off-campus to reflect, pray and grow together.

Spiritual Life Council

A Catholic Student Association representative sits on this board, run through the Spiritual Life Office of the University of Chicago. The council puts on various interfaith activities throughout the year.
